Investing Made Easy with Pitly
Client: Pitly investing
Role: UX Designer & Researcher
Challenge: Pitly came to me to sort out and validate their value proposition through extensive research. The client was interested in implementing some new features and wanted help validating and more holistically understanding its target demographic before going to development. To help Pitly with its challenge, I created a comprehensive Research Report. The report is culmination of observing over a dozen users using contextual inquiry and interview techniques.
Result: The report included key take-ways and research findings that made for immediately actionable changes on Pitly’s app, marketing, and lesson content. Pitly regularly references my report and is thankful for their new go-to “voice of customer guide.” Happy to help, Pitly.
In-booth game play results in Tradeshow ROI top-scores!
Client: Comcast BUsiness
Role: Product Designer & Technical Lead
It may look like fun and games but this little booth brought home the bacon. Comcast approached the CML Digital Agency in hopes of improving the quality of a customer’s interaction during tradeshow booth visits. As CML’s Product Manager, I was brought into the project to help pitch and demonstrate the agency’s technology and deeply understand Comcast’s needs and business goals to deliver a fitting solution. The final solution allowed tradeshow attendees to play a game where they could win big prizes while Comcast collected and educated leads on service offerings (win-win).
Result: Customer follow-up efforts were 3x more effective thanks to newly optimized lead qualification afforded by CML’s sales-platform (Momencio™). If you’re interested in our design approach and final solution, just ask.
Changing The Rules (and habits) of FinTech Lead Gen
Client: Vanguard
Role: Product Development, CX Lead, and UX Designer
Developed an interactive sales-aid for Vanguard resulting in faster follow-up and a more meaningful customer experience at events. Working closely with Vanguard’s sales and marketing team stakeholders, the CML team and I worked under tight deadlines to deliver the first of its kind marketing tools for use at events and tradeshows by Vanguard sales and account managers. I worked closely with the client to understand the unique requirements of their customers and internal support staff to produce a winning solution.
Result: All said and done, Vanguard’s follow-up process lead time was cut in half and in higher customer satisfaction due to a new highly accurate accounting of discussion on the tradeshow floor. If you would like to know more about my FinTech deep-dive just ask.
Lunch and Learns result in more than just well-fed customers
Client: Merck
Role: Product Design, CX Lead, and Solutions Engineer
Who knew test taking could be so much fun? Merck, that’s who! At CML, we were approached by Merck to help educate their customers on detail heavy topics that were admittedly easy to lose focus on during a presentation. We worked closely with our client to deliver an interactive presentation solution featuring live surveys and polls which created regular engagement throughout lunch and learn presentations.
